RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unused and in the same condition you received it
* In its original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at storejwan435@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, personal care and intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.
